Sometimes when it looks like the work you do isn’t leading you anywhere, just keep working.
Sometimes when it seems as if what you’re doing isn’t going to earn you a decent living, just keep working.
Sometimes when you think your friends are succeeding faster than you (which may not even be the case), just keep working.
Sometimes when you start to get discouraged because the results you seek aren’t forthcoming, just keep working.
Sometimes when you feel you’ve tried all options and still there’s no change, just keep working.
Don’t stop, just keep working.
Doing this helps you fulfil your end of the survival equation. When the forces of nature meet you doing something, the universe will fulfil it’s own end, which is putting food on your table (Proverbs 19:15).
God has a system in place. You just need to fit into it. Staying stagnant doesn’t help you see farther than you can presently see. But when there’s momentum, the view becomes clearer and you’ll know the next best step to take.
– Written for those feeling discouraged. Just keep working.
