When science fiction movies decide to "wash our brains" with soap and water, many of us don't even realise the many underlying truths in such movies.
For example, cloning, zombies, abduction, harvest, world domination, invasion, etc. are some of the themes in these movies and they have deep biblical undertones that someone solely watching for fun won't notice.
When a clone goes rogue, he becomes contaminated with ideas from an opposing party and tries to destroy his creator, destroying himself in the process. Well, talk of the battle between the devil, God and humans – the cloned gods.
However, we're not cloned in the flesh but as Spirits, being able to do everything that our creator can do.
If God can create with words, then we can create with words. If God can work, then we can work. If God can be perfect, then we can be perfect. If God is not intimidated by the devil, then why do we let him bully us?
The intention in Genesis 1:26 was not science fiction.
