
So many people have stopped doing good works. It’s not because they turned bad.
Sometimes, it’s because nobody told them it was good.
“You’re doing a great job”, goes a long way in ensuring that the employee, boss, friend, freelancer, or family member continues in that stride.
Criticism should come after appreciation, not the other way round. It’s the reason why good employees have left good organisations.
Apostle Paul was a master at scolding people. But he was also a master at appreciating people. No wonder he founded many Churches that didn’t crash and burn.
