A business owner who can’t help but use swear words when he speaks will eventually use swear words in his marketing messages to customers.
The result of this is he’ll attract a group of customers and majority of them would also be people who use swear words.
A typical example is Gary Vaynerchuk, serial entrepreneur and owner of Vayner Media.
This is the same in any business and for anyone who wants to make impact as a leader. You can’t help but have a group of followers who will be just like you.
This is the more reason why we all need to work on our weaknesses and be the best we can be. Because majority of the people you’ll serve, those followers or customers who will pay you money, those followers or customers who will disturb your life with one request or the other, will be just like you.
And if you don’t love yourself, you really can’t love them.
If you want to make the world a better place, start from yourself. Then you can create carbon copies. It’s the same thing Jesus did. Judas had to identify him with a kiss in Matthew 26:48. They all probably had the same appearance.
