In Math, to arrive at a particular result, all we need to do is to solve the mathematical problem.
In life, to get a particular result, majority prefer to just get the result, or do “wuruwuru” (that is, take shortcuts) to the answer.
Many succeed at this, but the problem with this approach is when they fall, they fall hard.
There’s a process to everything under Heaven. If only we can take out time to carefully find out the process to solving the problem we have so we can get the results we want, we would have more successfully solved equations and less faulty humans.
One of such results is acquiring honour and getting promoted.
Honour and promotion are two of the most coveted results known to man.
And people kill to have them.
But Proverbs 4:8 helps us solve the mathematical problem to arriving at those results.
We only need to function on earth, not as fools, but with Godly wisdom, and all these other things will be added to us.
It’s not hard to get this wisdom because the Holy Spirit is here to teach us all things.
Human wisdom won’t make it work because even the foolishness of God is wiser than men (1Corinthians 1:25).
So imagine what would happen if you had His wisdom.
