In part 1, I talked about the importance of having something to offer and presenting it in the right way.
Real growth occurs in secret. Sometimes we have to shut our doors to everyone else if we want to experience transformation.
While you prepare to present your gifts in a way that the world will appreciate it, the last thing you need is different people telling you what to do.
Some will tell you you’re stupid. Some will laugh at your mode of preparation. Some will actually encourage you.
In 2Kings 4:4, the widow was specifically instructed to shut her doors.
Why?
Because if someone saw her filling several jars from just one flask of oil, they’ll freak out. Her faith in the instruction would be shaken and there would have been no manifestation.
It was necessary for her to isolate herself and her sons from the rest of the world while she developed her value.
She didn’t need different prophets telling her what to do. She only needed one who was tested and trusted.
Even a caterpillar goes into isolation when the set time for transformation comes. We as humans ought to do the same.
Who do you take instructions from? Do you have the Holy Spirit?
